Make Your Holiday Gingerbread House Experience Reservations Now!

Call now to reserve your seat for the popular Gingerbread House Experience, sponsored by Center radio partner KLOU 103.3FM! This year, the event will be hosted at two fun locations-- the Ameristar Casino in St. Charles and the River City Casino in Lemay!

From November 23 to December 25, your family and friends can enjoy dining inside our life-size Gingerbread House. The houses are available from 7am to 9pm each day.

Every year, 100% of your $25 reservation charitable donation goes to The Center for Hearing & Speech to help us fund hearing, speech/language and school screening programs for 2016. Purchase additional Holiday Cookies at Falcon Bakery for $3.50 – proceeds will also go to the Center. Create a memorable holiday tradition while supporting a local charity!

 The Gingerbread Experience Fun Facts:

1. Executive Pastry Chef Eric Phillips, Assistant Pastry Chef Josh House and their pastry team will enhance their Gingerbread House this year with an 8-foot-tall LED lit gingerbread man.

2. Ameristar St. Charles’ house will feature a gingerbread decorating station for the little ones.

3. To make the gingerbread bricks, icing, edging, stained glass windows and ice cycles, the pastry team will use:

•850 pounds of gingerbread

•300 pounds of powdered sugar

•40 pounds of modeling chocolate

•30 pounds of isomalt

4. There will be 100 pounds of candy to accent the house – including one dozen five pound gummy bears!

The Center for Hearing & Speech is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization that donates $1.75 million in speech/language and audiology services each year to residents of metropolitan St. Louis.
